We are sorry if you have received a product with a defect or incorrect item. If so, write to us at info@cosacostra.com within 24 hours after the delivery date, indicating the order number and attaching a photo with the damage; In this way we can verify the damage or error and thus be able to correct it as soon as possible.

Next, we will assess the damage and we will notify you by e-mail if the return or replacement of it is appropriate (if applicable) and the steps to follow to send it to us.

The maximum return period for the defective/erroneous item is 3 business days . since you receive the product.

The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate. Cosa Costra will bear the shipping costs.
