What materials are the products made of?
You can check the specific characteristics and materials of each product on the page of each article.
What inks are fabrics printed with?
Our fabrics are printed with OEKO-TEX® class 1 certified water-based inks .
This implies that they can be in contact with small children, under 3 years of age, because they are not toxic to them.
What care do textile products need?
Our products can be washed in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40º .
In no case should whiteners such as bleach or chlorine be used.
Preferably iron at low temperature on the wrong side of the fabric (not on the printing side).
They can be tumble dried at normal temperature.
Our products are made with canvas, which resists friction cycles particularly well.
Is the product handmade?
Our textile products are made by hand, so each item is made to order.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, all the prices you find in the store already include the corresponding VAT.
PAYMENT METHODS
What are the accepted payment methods?
We offer you two payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you:
- Debit and credit card : we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Payments are managed through the Shopify Payments platform, 100% secure payment integrated into the page itself through 3D Secure .
- PayPal : you can make your payment with a Paypal account.
The payment options will appear at the end of the purchase process. It is not possible to pay for the same order with several payment methods.
Can I cancel my order if I finally don't want to receive it?
When you buy a product at Cosa Costra you are making a firm purchase, therefore the amount will be deducted from the card with which you made the payment or from your Paypal account and you will not be able to cancel the order once you have confirmed it.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Where do you send? Do you ship to other countries?
From Cosa Costra we can send your order to any place in Europe , except Ceuta and Melilla.
How much are the shipping costs?
Each order at Cosa Costra has a different shipping value , depending on the size, weight or destination of the order. This information will appear at the time of completing the order.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Keep in mind that some of our products need a few days of preparation before being sent, as they are handmade or we customize them for you. Our shipments will reach you from 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination.
The approximate total time from when you place an order until you receive it is specified on each product page.
When we ship your order you will receive an email with a link from the shipping company ( Correos, Correos Express, Mondial Relay, Zeleris, Keavo, Seur, UPS ) . In this link you will be able to know at all times the status of the shipment, as well as the tracking code of your order.
How do I receive my order?
Our shipments will reach you without an invoice. The invoice of your shipment will be online and thus we manage to reduce unnecessary expenses on paper. In addition, all our orders have a packaging made of 100% recycled cardboard.
